Mr. Venkatesh handled our urgent service request promptly. He assigned Santosh & Gopal who visited our place within the hour. After quick assessment, a firm quotation was provided and our top load wash machine panel was taken away to workshop for repairs. The team technician carried out PCB repairs and panel was brought back the same evening as requested. Machine was tested and seems working in order now. However I shall continue to monitor the functioning and update this review after a fortnight again, hopefully it’s as good a job as it was prompt. Thanks to Prathvi team.
